We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving the product for MOST items, provided items are unused and in original packaging. The shipping costs are your own responsibility. However, there are some items which are non-refundable and will be noted as such on your invoice when your order is processed.

Shipping time is product dependent, based on availability at the supplier or if it is a custom order. Please contact us is you have a tight timeframe to ensure you will receive the product within the required. Upon ordering your product, you will receive an email confirmation with approximate shipping time. Shipments over $500 are free.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt of your order, along with your order details and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
