  • How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?
    Shipping time is product dependent, based on availability at the supplier or if it is a custom order. Please contact us is you have a tight timeframe to ensure you will receive the product within the required. Upon ordering your product, you will receive an email confirmation with approximate shipping time. Shipments over $500 are free.
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving the product for MOST items, provided items are unused and in original packaging. The shipping costs are your own responsibility. However, there are some items which are non-refundable and will be noted as such on your invoice when your order is processed. To initiate a return, please contact us.
  • What hours are you open?
    We are open 24/7 for purchases. However, our Chat and phone lines are open M-F 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sat & Sun 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST.
  • What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt of your order, along with your order details and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Check our payment options at checkout for the full list.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
